This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "..... to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the 2nd Respondent is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law for not dispose the Petitioner's Mutation Application for the House Property bearing H.No.1-26/1 Vide Roc.No.GP/MK/06/2016 Dt.24.3.2017 situated at Manaikunta Gramapanchayath, Addaguduru Mandal, Yadari Bhongir District under the guise of the 3rd Respondent and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to mutate the Petitioners House Property bearing H.No.1-26/1 situated at Manaikunta Gramapanchayath, Addaguduru Mandal Yadari Bhongir District on the Petitioner's name in the Gramapanchayath Records as Owner and ....".

Mr. Seetharam Reddy Kancharla, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the Panchayat Secretary and filed an application for mutating the petitioner's name and the Panchayat Secretary in collusion with the 3rd respondent is not mutating his name. He submits that the petitioner has been approaching the respondents and no action has been taken by them.

Mr. M. Ram Gopal, learned standing counsel for the grampanchayat submits that though in the year 2017, basing on the representation of the petitioner, notices were sent to all the necessary parties and thereafter, no action has been taken by the
W.P.No.38374 of 2022 respondent. He submits that they will take further action on the representation of the petitioner.

Recording the said submission of the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, duly issuing notices to the concerned parties. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand automatically closed.
