THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27924 OF 2010 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that in connection with Crime No.193 of 2010 on the file of the Punganuru Police Station, Chittoor District, police filed charge sheet on 29.09.2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Punganuru.

2. It is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein that it may be kept open to the petitioner herein to question the said charge sheet.

3. Recording the said submission and having regard to the above averments, Writ Petition is closed, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to assail the charge sheet, if he is so aggrieved, before appropriate forum of law. Interim order granted by this Court on 09.11.2010 shall remain operative for a period of ten days from today.
