ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief : " ... to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the notification dated 8-11-2012 in Rc.No.E/6076/2012 issued by the 1st respondent in seeking to appoint fair price shop dealers in so far as it relates to shop No.259 of Warangal Town and Mandal, Warangal District is illegal, contrary to the Government orders issued time to time and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider and appoint the petitioner as a fair price shop dealer for shop No.259 of Warangal Town and Mandal,

Warangal District on compassionate grounds in the interest of justice ..."

At the hearing, Mr. A. Ravinder, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that his client is not pressing for disposal of the Writ Petition on merits.

The above submission of the learned Counsel is recorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order dated 22-11-2012 is vacated and WPMP No.45253 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
