HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 9744 of 2009 ORDER:

Mr.V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned counsel holding for Mr.CH.Venkata Narayana, Advocate on record for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to the concerned authority to consider her representation, dated 09.03.2009 (P5) within timeframe.

Learned Government Pleader for Cooperation for the respondents submits that she has no objection for issuing such direction.

Keeping that in view and considering the interim direction granted by this Court vide order, dated 01.05.2009, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned authority to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2009, on merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that while passing this order, this Court has not examined right of the petitioner.
