This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 1 to 4 more particularly respondent No.4 in interfering in the civil dispute and trying to dispossess the petitioners in respect of their agricultural land covered in Sy.No.269/1 admeasuring Ac.5-35 guntas situated at Pagidiyal Village, Gandeed Mandal, Ranga Reddy District ( now Mahaboobnagar District). Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the respondent-police never interfered with the civil disputes and tried to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land. In the written instructions, it is also not found any crime is registered against the petitioners as on today.

In view of the same, the respondent-police shall not interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the third parties.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 02-08-2018 Nvl
