THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 2135 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.01.06.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.15364 of 2016, wherein and whereby this Court granted liberty to the petitioners to make application in VI A for grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds, within a period of four weeks and on such application, directed the 4th respondent to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuance to the order passed in the writ petition, an enquiry was conducted and order dated 20.02.2017 vide Memo No.B/3466/2016 is passed, rejecting the case of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the opinion that there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dt.20.2.2017, in accordance with law, if not already challenged. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
