I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to relax condition No.iii of the order dated 25.09.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.12299 of 2025 which reads as under:

" The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday and Friday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer, as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that till now no charge sheet is filed. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.12299 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, as and when his presence is required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
