The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit as the matter is settled out of the Court. The learned counsel has submitted a letter dated 15.06.2015 to the Registry for withdrawal of the appeal suit.

2. In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
