Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on filing of Charge Sheet, the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, has taken cognizance of the offences and assigned C.C.No.95 of 2015 and, therefore, the present Criminal Petition becomes infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
