HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.25632 OF 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to remit the crop insurance premium from the petitioners' loan accounts at the rate of 1% to 16% during the Khariff season for the year 2011-2012 as illegal and arbitrary. Inasmuch as the writ petition relates to rebate that is sought to be deducted for the crop year 2011-2012 and considering the fact that pending disposal of the writ petition this Court by order dated 14.09.2011 directed the respondents not to deduct the crop insurance premium from the crop loans released and to be released to the petitioners, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.
