When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel were absent on previous occasion.

On 01.11.2022, the learned counsel for the appellant(s) requested time for verifying whether the file is available or not. If the copy is available, he was specifically directed to make two copies and furnish one of the copy to the respondent(s) and one to the Court. But, today he did not turn up and no purpose is served in continuing the appeal.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
