Today, when the matter is taken up, it is reported by the learned counsel for the Applicant Company that he filed a memo, dated 29.09.2018 in the Registry stating that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and thereby, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Company Application. Permission is accorded and the Company Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
