Heard both sides.
2. Case of the petitioner is that she was allotted house site in an extent of Ac.0.01 1/4th cents in Sy.No.368/3 situated at O.Arundhathiwada, Obanapalli Village Accounts, Railway Kodur Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District and a possession certificate was issued to her on 13.3.2015. She has constructed a small hut and while in possession and enjoyment of the same, respondent No.2 is trying to dispossess her from the said house site. Hence, she filed the present writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) appearing for the respondents has received instructions, which state that the land in Sy.No.368/3 in an extent of Ac.0.92 cents of Obanapalli Village is classified as village poramboke site as per the Revenue Records. During enquiry, it revealed that the petitioner has purchased the house site from one Nagiripati Yanadaiah for an amount of Rs.200/- 20 years back, but there is no proof for the said purchase. At present, there is a small hut in that disputed land and the land in question is under the enjoyment and possession of the petitioner, but the said Yanadaiah is said to be creating problem to the petitioner with regard to the peaceful possession. So far as the interference by the Tahsildar is concerned, it is stated that there is no interference from the side of Tahsildar and that he neither interfered with the possession over the land of the petitioner nor attempted to dispossess the petitioner from the said land.
4. In view of the said instructions of respondent No.2, it is apparent that this writ petition is filed purely due to the apprehension of dispossession by the petitioner, but there is no basis for it.
5. Recording the instructions of respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
