O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent - Station House Officer /Sub Inspector of Police, Kachiguda Police Station, Hyderabad, is interfering with the issue, which is purely of civil in nature. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 4th respondent stating that one Mrs. Nusrath Begum,w/o Shaik Jeelani, resident of Kachiguda, Hyderabad, lodged complaint on 26.6.2018, stating that Saudi Arab agent is harassing her husband by name Shaik Jeelani, physically and mentally for the last six months and the agent namely Aijaz, the petitioner herein, has taken Rs.1,00,000/- and that her husband has no work in Riyadh and the agent at Riyadh is demanding Rs.1,00,000/-. Therefore, she sought to take action against the petitioner.

On receipt of the said complaint, entry was made in the general diary and during enquiry, it was found that the husband of the complainant returned from Riyadh. Hence, the complaint was closed. It is stated that so far no case is registered against the petitioner and that the allegation of the petitioner that this respondent is interfering in civil dispute, is denied.

Recording the above statement of the 4th respondent in the written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that police shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except by following due process of law.
