Revision filed under section 397 and 401 of cr.P.c. against the orders dated 14.03.2017 passed in crl.A. No. 156 of 2010 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions court, cyberabad, at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District preferred againstthe orders dated 01.10.2010 passed in DVC. No. 1 of 2009 bythe Judicial Magistrate of First class, special Mobile court-cum-Xl Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar.

The Court made the following: ORDER This petition is filed seeking to permit the petitioner to pay the pending arrears of part of the maintenance @ Rs. 3,000/- per month from 06.05.2011 to September, 2023 totaling to Rs. 4,50,OO0/-(Rupees Four lakhs fifty thousand only), in six monthly equated installments from the date of thg order of this Court passed in Crl.R.C. No. 1562 ot 2017 lo the respondent herein. Accordingly, the revision petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs. 4,50,0001(Rupees Four Lakhs fifty thousand only), pertaining to the pending arrears of maintenance.
Now, the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to pay the pending arrears in six monthly equated installments from the date of the order of this Court in LA. No. 2 of 2023.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the revision petitioner is permitted to pay the arrears of maintenance from 06.05.2011 to September,2023 totaling to Rs. 4,50.000/-(rupees Four lakhs fifty thousand only), in six monthly equated installments from the date of the order of this Court passed in l.A. No. 1 of 2023 in Crl.R.C. No. 1562 of 2017 to the respondent herein. So far as other reliefs, such as protection from domestic violence, providing alternative accommodation to respondent No.1, payment of marriage expenditure, medical expenditure etc., are concerned, the petitioner is directed to comply the order passed by the trial Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Failing which, the interim order granted by this Court stands vacated automatically.
Accordingly l.A is allowed.
