A perusal of the Schedule I Cr.P.C. shows the offences punishable under Sections 469, 464, 501, 504, 507, 505 (1)(b) & (2) IPC, for which Crime No.143 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chinnabazar Police Station, SPSR Nellore District is registered, in the present anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner for apprehension of arrest and implication, are bailable. Thereby, this Criminal Petition is closed.
