ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the official respondents in not processing the petitioners' application, dated 13.07.2008, for regularization of shop Nos.4 and 5 in H.No.3-45, Krishnakunj Apartments, Hanuman Nagar, Gaddiannaram, Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad and trying to demolish the aforesaid shops without issuing notice and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Ms.Pallavi, learned counsel representing Mr.Srinivas Bodduluri, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Mr.B.Lakshmikantha Rao - respondent No.5, who appeared in person, submitted that he can have no objection if the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the light of the above request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 13.08.2014, as extended on 10.11.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.28986 of 2014, is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.28986 and 28987 of 2014 and W.V.M.P.No.2529 of 2014 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 07th December, 2015 GHN
