-7 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lnd ia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the action of the respondents in not allowing the 20 years Special Gradei stagnation increment to the petitioners with effect from their completion of 2O years of service rendered in their respective posts of irrespective of regions of the TSRTC as bad, arbitrary, illegal, unjust, discriminatory and contrary to the Circulars of the TSRTC and also contrary to the Judgments of this Honorable Court and consequently direct the respondents to effect the 20 years Special Grade to the petitioners by with proper fixation by counting entire service rendered in the present post irrespective of the regions. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent 2.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that in similar circumstances. this Court allowed W.P.No.24765 of 2022 by -..order dated 09.06.2022 and therefore this writ petition may also be allowed in terms of the said order.

Following the order dated 09.06.2022 in W.P.No.24765 of 2022, this writ petition is allowed, directing the respondent Corporation to consider the cases of petitioners for granting special grade increments on completion of 20 years of service by considering their total service in the Corporation irrespective of the regions and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (B) weeks from the date oF receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
