HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27045 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the complaint given by the petitioners on 05.07.2018 against respondents 5 and 6.

Heard both sides.

The petitioners have remedy under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C. by sending the complaint to the higher authorities and the 4th respondent is also obligated to receive the complaint of the petitioners.

In view of the above, it is open for the petitioners to make fresh complaint to the 4th respondent and also avail remedy under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C. by sending the complaint to the higher authorities, and on such complaint being sent, the competent authority is directed to take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
