This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 08.02.2008 and 21.12.2008 of the petitioner.

Since the matter relates to quarrying of sand, and in view of expiry of lease period, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition and it has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
