HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8930 of 2014 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.190 of 2014 on the file of Nallakunta Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 13.9.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad city, wherein it is stated that the said case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
