ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not opening the newly constructed market yard at Suryapet, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr. C. Hari Preeth, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that in pursuance of the interim order dt.18.2.2013 granted by this Court, the respondents have opened the newly constructed market yard and therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.44356 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
