THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2872 of 2005 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the docket order, dated 17.07.2004, passed in E.P.No.55 of 2003 in O.S.No.874 of 2001 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to it under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
