Sri Challa Gunaranjan, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 to A.5, would represent that the matter has become infructuous. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that a report was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Guntur, stating that the allegations are false. In view of the aforesaid submission of both parties, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
