HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.539 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri B. Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the respondent, would submit that he has no objection to transfer O.P. No.1371 of 2014 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District, where Maintenance Case No.20 of 2015 filed by the petitioner is pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nagarkurnool.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed withdrawing O.P. No.1371 of 2014 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar, and transferring the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District. The Transferee Court shall issue notices to the parties and then proceed with further proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
