THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2220 of 2015 ORDER:

The contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 13.02.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21990 of 2012. By the said order, this Court took on record the stand of the bank that the case of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with norms in due course of time.

It is now represented by Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the respondents are considering the case of the petitioner in terms of the aforestated order.

That being so, no cause is made out for exercise of contempt jurisdiction.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
