THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27001 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 11.04.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the representation, dated 11.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
