M / S Bharath Televentures Ltd., v. V. Govindaiah
HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1768 of 2015 ORDER:
The revision petitioners are defendant Nos.2 and 3 of the suit O.S.No.164 of 2010 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati. It is impugning the concurrent findings of the lower Courts viz., in I.A.No.270 of 2010 in O.S.No.164 of 2010 granting temporary injunction, challenged unsuccessfully in CMA.No.14 of 2010 maintained the present revision.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, vis-à-vis contesting respondent No.1/defendant No.1 and respondent Nos.2 to 7/plaintiffs and perused the material on record. A perusal of the record no way requires interference by this Court while sitting in revision, but for to say the observations in the order granting temporary injunction confirmed in the appeal no way influence the mind of the trial Court in deciding the main suit, which is ripened for disposal at the stage of arguments. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
