CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.27097 of 2018 Dt: 02.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to award dated 16 11 2017 passed in LAC 437 OF 2017 passed by Honourable Lok Adalat Bench at Chodavarm and set aside the same as being one passed by playing fraud on the Petitioners and consequently direction may be issued to restore the suit in O S No 34 of 2016 on the file of Honourable Principal Junior Civil Judge at Chodavaram."

After arguing the case, Mr.B.Mayur Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to avail any other legal remedies available to him against respondent No.7. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, IA.No.1 of 2018, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
