This revision is filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs to set aside the order dated 10.07.2018 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Palakol, in IA.No.711/2018 in OS.No.37/2011 which was filed under Order 18 Rule 16, read with Section 151 Cr.P.C., seeking to issue summons to the Assistant Labour Officer, Railway Goods Shed road, Christian Pet, Palakol, to produce the lease deed, rent receipts and other papers pertaining to the property bearing D.No.31-3-2, since 1994 to eviction of the office.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Court below dismissed IA.No.711/2018 on the ground that the petitioners have not given full particulars; and that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file fresh application by giving full particulars. Heard learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh application before the Court below by giving full particulars. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
