When the matter had come up on 01.08.2017, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on her behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting her case. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
