Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both parties, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring Acs.14.76 cents in Survey Nos. 342-1A, 342-1C, 342-1C, 342-1B, 3A, 3B and 3431, 2, 3 of Karakambadi Village and Survey Nos.155-1A, 2A, 3A, 160-1, 5,6,7, 9, 10, 11B, 160-2, 3, 4, 8, 11A, 161-3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 165-8, 9 B, 10B, 11B, 166-2, 3, 4A, 167-4, 5A, 5B of Erragunta Village of Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to follow due process of law before taking any coercive steps against the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners, without following the due process of law. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
