ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "....to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 3rd respondent in not entrusting duties of Senior Mate in Sativada Gram Panchayat of Gara Mandal in Srikakulam District to the petitioners without issuing SIM CARD and Password to perform the petitioners duties and also not paying salary to her since June 2018 pursuant to proceedings in Rc No57/2017/APO dated 01 06 2018 passed by the 3rd respondent is illegal irregular arbitrary contrary to Circular No 567/EGSFA/2016 dated passed by the Commissioner of Rural Development Government of Andhra Pradesh violative of provisions of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme Act 2005 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to entrust duties to the said post and also pay salary to the petitioners since June 2018 and pass such ...."

When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel for third respondent produced letter addressed to him by Programme Officer/third respondent bearing letter NO. 65/2017/EGS/A1 dated 1.8.2018. According to said letter, petitioner was admitted to duty on 1.6.2018 and she was paid salary for the months of June and July, 2018 on 1.8.2018 and further steps in the matter are taken.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
