HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 1291 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not stopping the illegal constructions on the public road situated in Sy.No.64/1, Vidyanagar Colony, near Taluka Club, Badepally Village of Jadcherla Mandal of Mahaboobnagar District as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to remove the said illegal constructions on the public road forthwith and restore original 30' wide road forthwith." When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners for redressal of their grievance made a representation, dated 31.10.2011, to the 3rd respondent, but so far the 3rd respondent has not taken any action, and makes a request for giving necessary directions for disposal of the said representation.

Accepting the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent - Grampanchayat to take appropriate action on the petitioners' representation, dated 31.10.2011, in accordance with law, after giving notices to all the stakeholders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
