The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.118 of 2012 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (POA) Act-cum-Additional District Judge, Khammam, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
