HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 4029 of 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition was filed by the petitioners apprehending threat of discontinuation of their services with the 4th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for respondents submits that this Court vide order dated 11.03.2004 was pleased to grant interim direction to continue the petitioners in service and by virtue of the said interim order, petitioners were continued in service with minimum time scale of pay. Hence, no further orders are necessary and writ petition is liable to be dismissed as closed. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the considered view that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 11.03.2004, no further orders are necessary and accordingly writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
