THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 33636 OF 2017 O R D E R:

Complaining the inaction of respondent No.3 in completing investigation and filing charge sheet in FIR No.156 of 2016, dated 04.07.2016, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 09.10.2017, wherein it has been asserted that after completion of investigation, a final report was filed before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar vide PRC No.84 of 2016, dated 29.11.2016, which in turn was committed to the Court of I Additional District Judge-cum-Metropolitan Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar and was numbered as S.C.No.526 of 2017. In the light of the above-stated written instructions, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
