THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.9573, 9425, 9574 AND 9822 OF COMMON ORDER:

These Writ Petitions are filed assailing G.O.Ms.No.582, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories Department, dated 14.10.2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri B. G. Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5, submit that the lis in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.6363 of 2009 and batch, dated 06.10.2015.

In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are also dismissed following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein. However, it is open for the petitioners to file applications for exemption as per the provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948. If the petitioners have provided required medical facilities, it is for the competent authority to deal with the same, as per law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed. No costs.
