THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25814 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 5 to 9 in not paying the regular pay scales to the petitioners attached to their respective posts pursuant to the proceedings dated 03-08-2003, as illegal, without jurisdiction and contrary to law.

This Court granted interim direction on 12-12-2003 to pay salaries to the petitioners.

3. Advocate for petitioners submitted that no further orders are necessary in view of the interim orders dated 12-12-2003.

4. Considering the same, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders dated 12-12-2003. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
