THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.38498 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order dt.07.10.2016 placing him under suspension pending enquiry on the allegation that he has committed serious irregularities while he was working as Sub-Registrar in the office of the SubRegistrar, Nagarkurnool. 2.

Counsel for petitioner contended that no prior notice was issued to the petitioner before passing the impugned order. 3.

No rule or precedent is cited by the counsel for petitioner to show that before passing an order of suspension pending enquiry there ought to have been a notice issued to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent.

Therefore, I do not see any merit in this Writ Petition and it is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
