HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20689 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not regularizing the services of petitioners as Driver Grade II and disengaging them is bad, arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of petitioners by continuing them in service.

On 25.09.2003, this Court granted interim direction to engage the services of petitioners subject to availability of work in preference to their juniors in the same category.

Now, advocate for writ petitioner submitted that petitioners were already regularized and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
