Petitioner claims that she is the legal representative of her husband. Property to an extent of Acs.0.20 guntas stood in the name of her husband, in Survey No.254/1 of Pothulvari Revenue Village of Kataram Mandal, Jaishankar District. Petitioner submitted representation seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records in the place of her husband. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

The material on record would disclose that the petitioner has not submitted application under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short, 'the Act'). In fact, the Government is insisting for submission of application only through online web portal and processing application in the said manner and not accepting any application submitted in physical form directly. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file application, as required, in accordance with the provisions of the Act through online web port. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
