This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Rc.No.E1-14-2009 dated 22-1-2009 as illegal, arbitrary, non application of mind, and in violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution and set aside the same."

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

On 21.04.2009, this Court, while ordering notice before admission, directed respondent No.3 to undertake construction of the water tank only in Ac.0.20 cents of land in Sy.No.136/2 of Kothapeta Village after demarcation by the office of respondent No.2. The writ petition pertains to the year 2009. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that in view of the said interim order, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Therefore, the interim order, dated 21.04.2009, passed by this Court is made absolute. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
