THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38445 of 2022 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that protest petition in S.R.No.5459 of 2022 is pending the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and the same will be heard on 08.11.2022.

In view of the above, the interim order of status quo dated 13.10.2022 shall continue till disposal and subject to the outcome of the protest petition. The Court below shall dispose of the protest petition within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the above circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed.

The writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
