CVNR, J & TR, J CRP.No.899 of 2017 Dt: 11.04.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition (CRP) arises out of Order, dated 21-09-2016, in EP.No.5 of 2013 in AOP.No.20 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. Today, we have dismissed CRP.No.836 of 2017, filed by the petitioner herein against another order arising out of the aforesaid OP.

Learned Counsel for both parties agreed that with the dismissal of the said CRP, this CRP has become infructuous. In view of the same, this CRP is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of this CRP, CRPMP.No.1195 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
