This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.134 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh petition if so advised. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
