ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 27.01.2013, in W.P.No.29188 of 2013. At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) appearing for the respondents placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.4047/2015/E2, dated 02.03.2016, of respondent No.1, wherein he has inter alia passed the following order: "Hence, it is hereby ordered that dwelling housing units are hereby allotted to the eligible members/households/ families of the Petitioner's Society in W.P.No.29188/2013 in the Group Housing Scheme under the Prime Minister Awas Yojana - Housing for all (HFA) Scheme sanctioned to the Visakhapatnam City subject to fulfilment of following conditions to comply the orders of the Honourable High Court in W.P.No.29188/2013 dated 22.11.2013.

1. Eligibility of the petitioner's society members will be enumerated by the team constituted for this purpose by the PD, Housing, Visakhapatnam and PO UCD, GVMC duly verifying with the database of previous allotment of JNNURM and other Urban Houses, Assessment Register of the GVMC, GO Ms.No.296 Regularisation Applicants, APEPDCL Service Connections Database and Ration Card Database of the City area as being done in other 1.84 lakhs applications received for this scheme.

2. The eligible members of this society will be given preference to comply the orders of the Honourable High Court.

3. Once number of eligible families are arrived at, the eligible members will be given option of the location out of the 29 locations mentioned above, duly mentioning the time line involved in the completion of the housing scheme combinedly by the Tahsildar, Pedagantyada and PO, UCD, GVMC.

4. They have to pay the necessary fees as per the guidelines of the scheme.

5. Individual allotment orders will be given immediately after the construction of the housing scheme and after payment of necessary fees in this regard.

Hence, the Project Director, Housing Department, Visakhapatnam, PO, UCD, GVMC and Tahsildar, Pedagantyada are hereby directed to conduct enquiry as mentioned above regarding the eligibility of the members of the society, take their option on the location for group housing and communicate the same through GVMC Commissioner to the District Collector so as to issue orders for allotting group houses to the eligible members of the Petitioner's society in WP.No.29188/2013. The entire process should be completed in one month time. Sri K.Rambabu, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has perused the above-mentioned proceedings of respondent No.1, submitted that with the issuance of the said proceedings, the petitioner's grievance stood redressed.
