THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4712 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities had not registered a crime upon his complaints dated 31.12.2010 and 12.01.2011. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of the F.I.R in Crime No.56 of 2011 on the file of the Yadagirigutta Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered under Sections 427, 448 and 506 I.P.C. Perusal

thereof reflects that the said F.I.R was registered on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein which was extracted in para 12 of the F.I.R. The contents of the said complaint tally with the complaint annexed to this Writ Petition. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands redressed. Further, the registration of the F.I.R took place on 09.03.2011 and the complaint was stated to have been received on that date. In any event, this Court sees no reason to hold that there was any unconscionable delay on the part of the police authorities in registering the crime warranting initiation of proceedings against them.

The Writ Petition is therefore closed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
