RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of ihe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, order or orders, direction or directions to quash the Order of the 1st Respondent dated 8.5 2013 whereby he confirmed the order of punishment passed by the 2nd Respondent, daled 27 .9.2012 and to issue a consequential direction to the 2nd Respondent to pay the amounts due to the Petitioner consequent upon setting aside of the Order of punishment PMP. NO: 4193 oF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the Order of the 1st Respondent dated 8.5.

2013 whereby the appeal preferred by the Petitioner against the Order of the punishment imposed by the 2nd Respondent daled 27.9.2012 has been dismissed pending the writ petition.

ORDER
