HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 2069 of 2010 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to attend the interview for the post of full-time Safai Karmachari-cum-Sepoy and filling up the posts through Employment Exchange.

2. This Court, by an order dated 04.02.2010, while admitting the Writ Petition, directed the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear to the interview for the post of full-time Safai Karmachari-cum-Sepoy scheduled on 05.02.2010 or any other subsequent date without insisting the sponsoring of his name by the Employment Exchange.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim direction no further orders are necessary.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
